I love the way OP's San Andreas mod looks, but Just Cause 2 would be so much more fitting, if it had the Nolan Batman skin, and his vehicles. I think the only thing missing from OP's mod is the grapple hook, which I feel like Batman would be crippled without. I love the gliding aspect he added, but without the grapplling hook, it just wouldn't feel right. In Just Cause 2, the grappling hook is probably the coolest part of the game, and if you got creative, you could likely defeat most enemies using just that.
Man, if someone could do that, I would pay actual money. I know there's a Spiderman mod out there, but this Batman is perfect for this game. In fact, in The Dark Knight, he actually grapples a plane as it flies. How 'Just Cause' is that shit?

Cinema is often seen as the ultimate form of escapism. If that's the case then fantasy movies are surely the medium's purest and most pertinent forms of transportation, grabbing the viewer and plunging them into distant lands and magical concepts that question our own relationship with the world.
